i will get marry this year!

wow.... 2009 has started..... can't believe that i will get marry this year....
sometime i will question... what am i doing now.......

day by day.... many things to decide, many things need to be worked out...
but i just walking so slow.....

are all these things going to happen in the right way?
there is fear within me......

since last time i wrote.......

took me really long to get here.....

and finally, i got a key for my new home here in Newcastle!! its a 2 bedrooms flat just near the centre station in town!!

on the first snow of this winter.......

一波三折

it is said that we can move on Sat...... who knows..... just two days before moving.... the agent called... and said the landload withdrawn.........

wht can i do? where can i go? we have been waiting to move in that flat since mid Aug.... just dun keep me waiting in the first place.... so that i can look for somewhere else!!???!?!??!?!???!!!.....

need to start all over again.... back to step zero.... just like i wasted a month +++ time... doing nothing here.......

Step ONE

finally, we got a date for moving home!! it will be coming Sat....

getting excited to move in and decorate the flat~

but something need to be done, about the TV, boardband, phone line, gas, elect, water.........
i hope they are much easier............

new life for the year ahead will formally start then~

NOT ACCEPTED

it is really hateful to rent a flat here in UK....
we have already paid a deposit on a flat since 12 Aug... and upto now, still undergo credit check...

and everytime we check for progress, the one answering will just say... not sure/ dunno/ will let you know later.... and everytime, no one return a call...

i was being asked for passport copy/ bankstatement copy/ national insurance copy/ 1000 things to prove my idenity.... really feel like i m not accepted by this country.... how can a person like me start a life here? everything need so many proof/ record.... how can I have so many records in this country at the first place?

ai..... how much further i need to go???????? it's Sept now..... what's the point if i can get the flat after a month time and rent for a year contract??? i will be moving out for marriage in 1 Aug next year........

life is not easy

Life is not easy..... especially for the time of changes......

to start life here, is not just about house and work...... but also getting along with people here....

so far everyone is so kind to me... just they are "kind people", but not "friend" of mine... the feeling is so different... quite lonely somehow...

i miss all my friends in HK!!!

A week passed

wow~ another week i spent in Newcastle~ weather still good.... still looking for a palce to rent... and still search job very very slowly....

the "tourist-like" feeling is disappearing for my mum... so she gets upset sometime for staying in English people's home and so keen to move out.... hope there is a ideal place waiting for us somewhere.........

ar cheung bought me expensive English roses on my birthday~ haha~~~~ and a diamond ring for our engagement! hope things start getting right from now on~~~
